1 Mill Street is the melting pot of Leamington Spa’s vibrant community, made up of an eclectic mix of businesses, characters and facilities set over three floors.

We provide everything from flexible workspaces, inspiring meeting rooms, a state-of-the-art production studio, agile event spaces AND possibly Leamington’s best coffeehouse.

At Mill Street, supporting our people is at the heart of what we do, so if our members aren’t thriving, neither are we. The power of collaboration drives us, whether that’s joining forces on a project, sharing your expertise, uplifting and upskilling an SME in our charity accelerator programme, or getting involved in one of our game-changing Passioneer projects.

Within these walls, we host our Upskill workshops, providing a vibrant space for local charities to connect with Passioneers, enhance their skills, and nurture their mission of doing good.

Members can transform into Passioneers, collaborating with the Make Good Grow team to lead workshops, tackle call-to-arms (Passioneer) projects, and become supporters of our beloved good causes.

The co-working space provides great opportunities for connection, collaboration and creativity. From, a one-off meeting to regular seats at the table, Mill Street is the perfect place for those quick flings and long-term relationships.

The Urban Garden, coffee house and bar are a great way to release those first-date jitters and get those real conversations flowing.
