Leaders by Nature is an experiential leadership and team development business based 6 miles from Royal Leamington Spa. We are a pioneer of Leadership with Horses, a way of developing leadership skills by working experientially with a herd of horses. 

We provide a variety of activities where you engage with the horses on the ground (no riding involved) to explore your non-verbal communication. The horses come with you when you provide a clear direction and build a strong relationship based on trust and respect. They plant their feet when you don’t, providing the clearest feedback on your leadership skills.
