SIC

We’re SIC. A social enterprise that aims to reduce the disability employment gap in the UK.

We do this in 2 ways.

Firstly, we provide support to the community we serve in the form of events, traineeships, guides, and mentorship. We also advocate for change and better professional opportunities for disabled people.
We also, work with businesses to help create more accessible working environments. Our Business Centre, is a paid online membership for UK-based SMEs who want to provide better employment for and better services to disabled people.
With 33% of working aged adults being disabled, chronically ill, and neurodiverse, yet only half of that population being in employment, something needs to change.
