Starting Point Recruitment is on a mission to create opportunities and change futures by forging connections between local people and businesses.

Our aim is to engage with businesses and charities that share our values. We have set ourselves the target to engage with at least 1000 charities, to find creative ways to support and empower local people, communities and businesses across the West Midlands.

Start Point Recruitment is a very different type of Recruitment company, donating 100% of their operating profits to charities and good causes, and working in partnership with their own Good Causes – Steps to Work.
