No5 Young People

No5 has been providing mental health support, counselling and outreach for young people aged 11-25 who live, work or study in the ‘RG’ postcode area.
We have experienced a year-on-year increase in demand for our services, never more so than as a direct result of the pandemic.
We offer free, confidential, open-access mental health support in-person in Central Reading, in 6 local schools, online and on the phone. We have a programme of outreach support delivered by Young Ambassadors who create online content and support to help young people feel better able to take charge of their mental health and feel more in control. No5’s outreach programme also delivers mental health workshops in local schools and businesses.
We have a Level 5 Accredited training programme for counsellors looking to specialise in working with young people.
