Seeds of Hope Asylum and Refugee Support Ltd
We are a community/service user led charity helping asylum seekers, refugees and vulnerable migrants, particularly new arrivals to Birmingham and other deprived parts of Birmingham to settle and access services from statutory and voluntary sectors. Our project helps them by providing vital information, advice and guidance and enabling them to access education (helping register their children in schools, GP surgeries, finding them employment, housing, health and social welfare issues. Our aim is to improve the health and well being of BME in general, but particularly refugee communities, women and children by reducing stress, social isolation/loneliness and improving access to healthcare and support, as well as basic ESOL to help improve their qualities of lives and standard of living as new arrivals in the UK.
