What's included in this Pledge?

Grow a team of confident communicators with bespoke programmes from Kissing it Better. Working with us will build your team’s confidence and communication skills, and enhance staff sensitivity – not just toward clients, but also towards each other.

These sessions will:
o Enhance staff communication and sensitivity
o Volunteering projects will improve staff motivation and morale
o Raise awareness of the need to support staff who have caring responsibilities at home

Tell me about Kissing It Better

KiB is working to end the isolation of old age by bringing the generations together. Our imaginative healthcare projects make an immediate and lasting difference to the lives of older people. Our teaching and training programmes make our expertise available to everyone.
