1 Mill Street is a co-working space in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa. This multi-purpose space is home to inspiring meeting rooms and show-stopping event spaces, a professionally equipped Podcast studio, with a sumptuous coffee-house and bar on hand to service everyone’s refreshment needs. They even have a community vehicle affectionately known as the ‘Passion Wagon’ which has fleet insurance and is available for any Good Cause to borrow.
