‘Working Genius’ Webinar
In this webinar Roger will unpack the ‘Working Genius’ model and show you how to discover your gifts, and transform your team.
What's included in this Pledge?
Have you ever noticed that you enjoy some types of work more than others?
Have you also noticed that not everyone enjoys the same type of work?
What if you could understand the types of work that you enjoy most?
Well, the Working Genius model developed by Patrick Lencioni and his team helps us all do exactly that.
The Working Genius assessment is 20% personality and 80% productivity. People who understand their genius show up to work happier, are more effective, and play well with others.
In this webinar Roger will unpack the Working Genius model and show you how to discover your gifts and transform your team.
“This ground-breaking new model and assessment have revolutionised the way I look at work and teams. I am excited for everyone to understand their gifts and frustrations so they can better experience fulfilment and dignity in their work.”
~ Patrick Lencioni,
Creator of ‘The 6 Types of Working Genius’
