Project Sponsor shares link to existing website with Passioneer
Project Sponsor provides list of required updates to make (including sharing content or image assets, as necessary)
Both parties review our pro-tips for organisations and Passioneers to ensure the project is set up for success
Step 2
Project Sponsor and Passioneer connect to discuss requested updates, and agree on a project timeline
Project Sponsor provides Passioneer with credentials to access the website admin portal
Step 3
Passioneer makes the requested updates to the website (if available, the changes should be made in a test or development environment first)
Project Sponsor reviews each update, and reports any remaining issues to the Passioneer
Step 4
Passioneer implements updates to the live website
Passioneer troubleshoots any issues that may arise immediately after implementing changes on the live site
Step 5
If requested, Passioneer trains up to 3 team members on how to update site and resolve minor issues going forward

Project Objectives

Minor updates to organisation’s existing website (e.g. adding new copy and/or images, customising styles/themes, basic layout revising, etc.)
Training for organisation staff on how to make minor updates going forward (if applicable)
