Seasoned Marketing Pro’s Host A Workshop For Local Charities

Make Good Grow, Let’s Run Social and YouNeek Productions hosted a Marketing event, bringing together seven local Good Causes for an afternoon of inspiration and knowledge-sharing. Voluntarily organised by Luke and James, this event was a game-changer for all participants.

A Buzzworthy Gathering

The Marketing Push event was nothing short of electrifying. Leaders from various local Good Causes gathered to discuss and explore the possibilities that social media offers to amplify their messages.

Rachel, a participant from Molly Olly’s, couldn’t have been more enthusiastic about the experience: “We do some social media, but we could do a lot more to improve. The event provided a really clear guide, and a relaxed atmosphere to learn and see what more we could be doing. It was great to be with like-minded charities experiencing the same problems as us. Really beneficial, we’d recommend it to anyone!”

Expert Guidance and Knowledge Sharing

Luke from YouNeek, one of the event organisers, shared his thoughts on the event: “It was brilliant to be a part of, and great to have so many questions during the session. Everyone was really engaged and seemed to get a lot out of the experience.” This statement reflects the essence of the Charity Marketing Push event—a unique opportunity to have pressing questions answered by industry experts and fellow participants.

The event covered a wide range of topics, from the fundamentals of social media marketing to the art of crafting compelling stories that resonate with audiences. Participants delved into content creation strategies, learning how to leverage various platforms effectively. The goal was clear: to equip Good Causes with the tools and knowledge needed to take their content and messaging to new heights.

Building a Stronger Community

One of the most significant takeaways from the event was the sense of community that developed among the participants. Charities and organisations that often work in isolation found themselves in a room full of like-minded individuals, all passionate about making a positive impact on their communities.

Networking opportunities were abundant, allowing participants to forge connections, exchange ideas, and build lasting relationships. The event demonstrated that when Good Causes come together, they can achieve more significant and lasting change.

Thanks to the dedication of Luke and James from Youneek and Let’s Run Social, the knowledge shared, the connections made, and the enthusiasm generated are sure to ripple out into the community, amplifying the impact of these Good Causes.

The event served as a testament to the incredible work being done by Good Causes in our communities and the potential for them to reach new heights through effective marketing and storytelling.
